Our Founder & Historical Background

Edward Sheu began his career as a formulation chemist and has developed the hair care products for brand companies such as Nexus and Paul Mitchell.   He recognized the demand of high quality personal care products with fair cost in this industry and decided to devote himself in manufacturing personal care products that effectively solve daily skin and hair problems.   In 1989, Shine & Pretty (USA), Corp was founded and with his more than 30 years of combined background & experience in cosmetology, Shine & Pretty became a major manufacturer of skin care and sun care products on the west coast. 

Serving our customer’s demand to match and exceed their expectation is our main focus.   Alongside our founder, our R&D and QC team is made up of qualified and experienced professionals who are eager to work with clients in developing new formula and products or enhancing existing products.   In addition, our complete quality assurance system helps to guarantee that our customers receive excellent quality of products and service.   We use and strongly enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), as administered by the Food and Drug Administration.   Today, Shine & Pretty (USA) has developed more than 50 functional product lines to cover a variety of personal care products and has established solid relationships with clients worldwide. Shine & Pretty USA is considered the national and international gold standard for manufacturers of skin care products.
